Loyal L-RV comrade (and recent Bay Area transplant?) Moose suggested these guys after checking out my post featuring gurgle-shredders Pyrexia. Thanks to the wonders of the webernet, I was able to this down for you all...
If you enjoy Pyrexia, vintage Suffocation and early Obituary, then you should have no problem downing this either.
A classic in it's own right, really.
Yep a recent transplant after the craziest drive in history. upstate NY to Florida to Memphis TN to Oakland CA in a Uhaul with semi-functioning brakes. I have the first ES disc as well as an old demo i think, i'll keep an eye out as i unpack and rip em for you if you want.
ReplyDeleteWow. Fucking awesome. THAT my friend is death metal.
ReplyDeleteAnd that Mr. Rogers intro track alone makes this album worth downloading. That track will now be in every party mix for me going forward. Seems like a nice lead in to a Napalm Death or Sick of it All song.
Love your site. It's on my daily list. Cheers
Kielbasage.
I know, that Survivor - Eye of the Tiger track is the shit, right?
ReplyDeleteThanks for kind words as well... enjoy!
You find the demo hit me with it :)
ReplyDeleteHit me up if you wanna hang out sometime.
Just saw your comment on Am I Mean. With one day delay, happy b-day man. I'll remember that as one of my best buddies has b-day on the same day. All the best. Cheers.
ReplyDeleteGlad you guys dug this, if you're unfamiliar with it check out their final EP "The Echo of Lost Words" as well... i don't know if it ever got a proper release, or maybe it just got shelved and released like seven years after the fact but you can find it pretty easily with a little internerding. The mix is a little weird and the drums sound super uneven but it has the lowest tuned guitars i've ever fucking heard. Grinding Crushing Brutality indeed.
