COALESCE.

OX is my pick for Record of the Year.

DON'T call it a comeback!!!

Anyways, because I care so deeply about all three of you who frequent my blog /share some of my taste(s), I went ahead and ripped/EQ'd/made cover art for these recently-aired BBC sessions.
Excellent sound, tight musicianship, fierce attack - it's COALESCE.

Enjoy these; maybe the band will release them at some point?
Who knows...

In the meantime, here's a (as the late John Peel would say) "shit-hot" fuckin' gem from them (via me) to you.

  4. Fuck yeah, to the fact that you've been working like a dog and to this post.  Love BBC live sessions, noticed too you were reading the John Peel book, nice coincidence.  Does he say anything about his sessions with Napalm Death, Electro Hippies, ENT, etc.?  Anyway, thanx for this.

Yeah, J, it's been a LONG MONTH (so far).
Not out of the woods yet, sadly.
I'm only in the early stages of the Peel book, so I'm only at his childhood, etc.
I can't wait to read about "the good stuff"!

    Huanso -

Um, the tracks I posted are from that same show.
The fourth track is from the Rock Show that aired the following week.
I put that in there as well.
I talked to the band & they said that was all the songs - 4 songs - they recorded during that session.

Did you not listen to my D/L, or did you think it was something else?

    It's a live version.
This is the same show I grabbed the three from, then on the next weeks' show they played the fourth live track.
If I'm wrong, let me know, but I think I got it...
